For the next 21 days

I've read somewhere that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. I'm not very sure where this thought came from but i guess this idea came from a book by Dr.Maxwell. Some people would agree and some don't. Im skeptical if this would work or not since I'm wondering "why specifically 21 days?" When i was in college i dont recall "conditioning" in experimental psychology specified a time table or maybe I was cutting class when it was explained. Nevertheless, I'm definitely going to take the challenge in my commitment to better myself.

For my first attempt, I'd like to junk eating junk! and fastfoods. If there's no way I can access better and healthy food I'd rather take the Herbalife food supplement that my mom sent for me to drink instead of eating McDonalds, jollibee and Chowking. Besides, I've heard a good deal about this food replacement as it works on people who wanted to lose weight (my father did). I've no intention of losing weight though since I've no more pounds to shed off but let me try how my body would feel given a healthy lifestyle.

Another thing I'd like to challenge myself to is quitting nicotine. It's long overdue and abused promise but let me try again... 😛

So for my breakfast... Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional shake, Herbalife formula 3 personalized protein, my favorite Carribean Muesli creal from Simple Life and my favorite fruit Mango.
